Steps to Download Emailed TSC Registration Certificate
1. Provide a Valid Email Address
When applying for registration, ensure you provide a valid email address that you can access anytime, anywhere.
2. Receive Email from TSC
After successful registration, you will receive an email from TSC at the address you provided. The email will be sent from teacherregistrationcertificate2@tsc.go.ke.
3. OTP Verification
- Email Verification: Open the email and look for a One Time Pin (OTP) verification code. Enter this code to complete the email verification.
- Phone Verification: Simultaneously, a verification code will be sent to your phone. Enter this code to complete the phone verification.
4. Click Download Link
In the email, there will be a link to download your certificate. Click on this link to proceed.
5. Download Certificate

- Certificate of Good Conduct

For Non-Kenyan Citizens

- Equated certificates from accredited foreign institutions
- Certificate of Registration or authority to teach in the country of origin
- Valid Entry/Work Permit from the Department of Immigration
- Certificate of Good Conduct from the relevant law enforcement agency in the country of origin
