How to Easily Download Emailed TSC Registration Certificate

Teachers applying for registration with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) can now conveniently receive their Certificates of Registration in a digital format via email. This step-by-step guide will walk you through the process of easily downloading your emailed TSC registration certificate.

Steps to Download Emailed TSC Registration Certificate

1. Provide a Valid Email Address

When applying for registration, ensure you provide a valid email address that you can access anytime, anywhere.

2. Receive Email from TSC

After successful registration, you will receive an email from TSC at the address you provided. The email will be sent from teacherregistrationcertificate2@tsc.go.ke.

3. OTP Verification

  • Email Verification: Open the email and look for a One Time Pin (OTP) verification code. Enter this code to complete the email verification.
  • Phone Verification: Simultaneously, a verification code will be sent to your phone. Enter this code to complete the phone verification.

In the email, there will be a link to download your certificate. Click on this link to proceed.

5. Download Certificate

A digitized certificate of registration will be available for download. Click the download option to save the certificate to your device.

6. Print for Hard Copy

Once downloaded, you can print the certificate to have a hard copy as evidence of your registration with TSC.

Requirements for TSC Registration

For Kenyan Citizens

  1. Certificate of Good Conduct
  2. Relevant academic and professional certificates from recognized institutions
  3. Copy of Identity Card or Passport
  4. Passport photo
  5. KRA Pin Certificate
  6. Duly filled GP 69 Medical Form
  7. Payment of registration fee: Kshs.1055 deposited through paybill 222222

For Non-Kenyan Citizens

  1. Academic and Professional Certificates from Kenya or the country of origin
  2. Equated certificates from accredited foreign institutions
  3. Certificate of Registration or authority to teach in the country of origin
  4. Valid Entry/Work Permit from the Department of Immigration
  5. Certificate of Good Conduct from the relevant law enforcement agency in the country of origin
  6. Vetting letter from the Ministry of Education (Kenya)
  7. Prescribed fee of Kshs. 1055 paid through paybill 222222

Note: All documents must be certified by a TSC Director or TSC Sub County Director.
