In its ongoing commitment to providing competitive and motivating salary structures, the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) introduces new salary scales for Secondary Teacher I, Lecturer I, Senior Special Needs Teacher – Primary, Senior Special Needs Teacher – Secondary, and Senior Teacher I, Grade C3, effective from July 1, 2023. The conversion process, outlined in Table 9, facilitates a smooth transition from existing salary points to the revised salary points.
