Nyakach Girls Smash Agongo 12-0 in Nyanza Region Soccer Games

Hey, soccer fans! Are you ready for some thrilling action from the Nyanza Region Secondary School Games? Well, you’re in luck, because I have some juicy updates for you. Grab your popcorn and buckle up, because this is going to be a wild ride!

First of all, let me tell you about the amazing performance of Nyakach Girls, who crushed Agongo 12-0 in a stern warning for their rivals on Sunday. That’s right, 12-0! That’s not a typo, folks. They scored more goals than I can count on my fingers. Talk about a goal-fest! They were unstoppable, like a runaway train. Agongo had no chance against them. They were like lambs to the slaughter.

Nyakach Girls are not the only ones who impressed me, though. Kerongaruri Girls defeated Gekomoni 2-0, while Lwak Girls edged Ratanga 1-0. Kobala and Jera settled for a 1-1 stalemate. All these teams showed great skill and determination, and I can’t wait to see more of them.

In boys’ soccer, Usenge edged Onjiko 2-1, while Matutu and Ndonyo finished in a one-all draw. The much anticipated match between Kisumu County champions, Kisumu Day, and the new entrants, St. Mary’s Yala, ended in a disappointing barren draw, while Agoro Sare sank Masara 1-0.

Now, here’s where things get interesting. Nyakach head coach, Mr. Chrispine Odindo, revealed their anticipation of a victory to Citizen Digital, but he also said that he expects a very tough match against Lwak Girls. Why is that, you ask? Well, he didn’t say, but I have a theory. Maybe he knows something we don’t. Maybe he has seen Lwak Girls play before and was impressed by their talent. Maybe he has a secret crush on their coach. Who knows? All I know is that this match is going to be epic.

More results are expected this afternoon as from 3pm as more teams will be facing off with each other ahead of tomorrow’s semifinals.

In the girl’s soccer, Kobala will face off with Gekomoni, Kerongoruri will flex its muscles with Jera, as Lwak are expected to take on Agongo. Nyakach will now face off with Ratanga after their colossal margin against Agongo.

In the boy’s soccer, Usenge and Ndonyo will be eyeing the semifinal slot as Matutu and Onjiko will be eyeing the same against each other. Kisumu Day will face off with the Migori giants, Masara, in a highly anticipated match while Agoro Sare will be taking on St. Mary’s Yala to prove their mettle after flogging Masara 1 goal.
