Important Notes
- Online Applications Only:
- TSC does not accept paper applications. The registration process is exclusively online at https://tsconline.tsc.go.ke/register/new-registration?reg_type=1
- Complete All Sections:
- Ensure that every section of the registration application is completed in full.
- Accuracy is Crucial:
- Willfully providing false information is a serious offence. Conviction may result in a fine of up to Ksh 100,000 or imprisonment for twelve (12) months or both (Section 44 of TSC Act No. 20 of 2012).
- Save and Continue:
- You can save part of the form and continue at a later time if needed.
- Scanning and Uploading Documents:
- Only original documents should be scanned and uploaded.
- Expatriate Teachers must attach a clearance letter from the Ministry of Education Vetting Committee.
- Application Fees:
- For New Registration, a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1050/- must be paid through E-Citizen government payment methods (MPesa, Airtel Money, KCB Cash, Equity Cash, E-Agent) before submitting the application.
- For Duplicate Certificate Application, a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 2050/- is required through the same payment methods.
- Upcoming Changes in Application Fees:
- Starting from 1st July 2023, application fees will be paid during the process through the Government Pay Bill Business Number 222222 or approved government methods.
