The Kamusinga Allan Bradley Open Tournament was wild! Some of the best high school teams in the country were in attendance and it did not disappoint. Rugby, hockey and handball; we had it all. When the dust settled Kisii School were rugby champions and Friends School Kamusinga retained their home turf in boys’ hockey.
Rugby: Kisii School Unstoppable
If there was a team that came to make a statement it was Kisii School’s rugby team. They dominated every match and when it mattered most they shut down Kakamega School 13-0 in the final. Their journey to the title was just as impressive they crushed Matili Technical Training Institute 16-0 in the semis.
But here’s the most amazing part; Kisii School did not concede a single point throughout the tournament. Not one. Their defensive discipline and attacking play was unmatched and they were deserved champions.
Handball: St. Luke’s Kimilili Fights to the Top
Handball was just as competitive, St. Luke’s Kimilili Boys’ High School proved why they are a team to reckon with. They battled hard against Matili Technical Training Institute in the final showing resilience and tactical awareness to emerge victorious. Their teamwork and execution was key to the title.
Hockey: Kamusinga Defends their Home Turf
In boys’ hockey Friends School Kamusinga had a lot to prove in front of their home crowd and they didn’t disappoint. In a thrilling final against St. Antony Boys High School Kitale they held their nerves to win 2-1. It was a tough match but they composed themselves and played tactically to lift the trophy at home.

From the cheering crowds to the nail biting matches the Kamusinga Allan Bradley Open Tournament did not disappoint. With amazing performances from Kisii School, St. Luke’s Kimilili and Friends School Kamusinga this was one to remember.So there you have it.
