TSC will issue promotion letters in April 2025 to teachers who qualified after January 2025 promotion interviews. Unsuccessful candidates will receive regret letters.

• Promotion interviews for post-primary school teachers started on January 27, 2025 and will end on February 6, 2025.
• Promotion interviews for primary school teachers were done between January 13 and January 23, 2025.

Age Factor

• Teachers 55+ years get 30 marks, those 30-39 years get 14 marks.

Academic Qualification

• Master’s Degree → 5 Marks
• Bachelor’s Degree → 3 Marks
• Diploma → 1 Mark

Work Experience

• 7+ years in the same job group → 50 Marks
• 3 years → 10 Marks

TPAD Performance Rating

• 81+ rating → 10 Marks
• 1-20 rating → 2 Marks
