Mwangi asked Coast residents to encourage youths who finished Form Four in previous years to join TVET institutions.
“TVET institutions are key in equipping young people with skills for self-employment and economic empowerment,” he said.
Government is still emphasizing vocational education as a key pillar to reduce unemployment and economic growth.
