Butula Boys Out
A major upset in the Western Region tournament is the absence of defending champions Butula Boys High School from Busia County who have been handed a three year ban. This unexpected ruling has thrown the competition wide open and new champions are expected.

- St. Peter’s Boys Mumias (Kakamega County)
