The TSC has announced an upcoming rollout program for an ICT curriculum training program aimed at enhancing digital literacy for all its teachers, secretariat staff, and grade eight learners. This is how the program is expected to look.

Curriculum of Training:
The curriculum is a culmination of both Foundation, Basic, Intermediate and Advanced digital skills in the ICT short courses.
The participant will be equipped with the knowledge and skills that are bound to land them in proper play of digital tools.
It encompasses public sector-related digital skills that will enable access to government e-services.
It is spearheaded by the ICT Authority of Kenya through the Ministry of Information Communications and the Digital Economy and aligns with theKenya National Digital Master Plan 2022 to 2032, with an overall objective of having more than 20 million citizens equipped with basic digital skills.
Contribution and Certification
A contribution to the program cost is expected for self-sponsor participants, which is KSh.2,500/-.
Upon completion and undergoing gripping by the Government participants will be granted a certificate to validate the acquired skills
